Happy kitchen customer suffers with bar envy!

COMPETITOR EXPERIENCE    This customer had visited a leading National “hand built” kitchen company but was so disappointed with the experience.  With too many fillers in the design that she decided that a more bespoke, British made design would really help complete her wish list.  This list included an @abode copper boiling tap, open shelving, larder bar and pantry storage.  We then included in our design a mirrored splash back, a solid oak drop down table, wine racks and double @Capel wine coolers.

Our design brief was quite simple, take the competitors idea and make it even better, plus beat the price.

All of our craftsmanship takes place in our Lancashire Mill and alongside our personal service it was very easy to work with the customer.  A face to face consultation followed up by emails and telephone dialogue along with a site visit made every aspect of the kitchen journey smooth.  Our customer was inspired by our recommendations and also gave us some unique challenges when asking us to source specific looking products to meet her design vision.  We love a challenge and we are delighted to report we were well within budget and delivered a brilliant project with significantly more added value.
